Letter to a kindred spirit

~ My world is a world engulfed in chaos and destruction. On the outside I may look happy, even satisfied with the repetition of lifes daily routine. But deep down inside there’s a constant battles ragging inside. If you could see into my soul the way I can, you’d be gazing upon a perfect replica of Armageddon. Past decisions and regrets warring with future choices and destinies, each side fighting only to survive, there’s no coexistence in my world of chaos. So why? Why does the word kindred spirit exist? The meaning of the term is “an individual who share the same beliefs, attitude or feelings as one self” Some people go as far as calling them soul mates. So where’s mine? Where’s this phenomenal woman that’s going to enter my life and calm my chaotic soul? Where’s this woman that’s going to help me believe that the path to my future is no longer hidden by the devastation of present catastrophes? Ill tell you where, she’s hidden, masked by clouds of darkness. Hidden from me for what will seem like a eternity. The missing piece to my soul is blinded to my sight, but am I to hers? What am I to do, if I lost the one I neva had? Nothing, it’s up to her and faith to find me and guide me the right way. All I can do is wait, as the atrocity in my soul continues I’ll wait until the day she comes and puts a end to this war ~
