A letter to my childhood

Dear, baby me, where did you go? seems as though you're a empty box ready to be thrown. My fondest memories seems busted into millions of pieces, much like the struggle that came along with it, My stuffed animals, toys and favorite blanket are now memories to with hold. Now I am left with moving on. To the growing me, oh the days were filled with joy! Out in the yard playing with jack rocks and eating snow cones, From making mud pies and running in the rain my life as a little girl seems to fade. The hobbies I had are now broad and have somewhat disappeared. Dear, teenage me, what happened to all the fun? Your mind has took its own journey, your heart has vanished as if time was too slow. What happened to compassion? seems like that went out the window, and flew far far away. Dear, Changing me, you've showed the fighter in you,and that you have the strength to pull yourself through, knowing that life is full of hope, trying my best is what i'll do. These vague memories will never leave, most will carry me to the end, i'll just keep my head high and strive for perfection.
