Letter to my Elven Cat

Dear Cat, I see you balance on a shelf, As graceful as a slender elf, Then coil and spring with perfect aim, Upon a leaf so very plain, But which will bring you ample fame. Your elven sight and elven stealth, Will always bring you lots of wealth, In the form of tasty prey, Which hunting you so easily slay, At the Dawn or dusk of day. Running, jumping, climbing, All throughout the woods, Are really just a few, Of your many elven goods. I'm glad to have you all to myself, My cat, my little pointy-eared elf. Your ever loving owner, Crazy Cat Kid
