Letter to my Family

My family please understand.

It not my fault.

I know I am sick.

NOT physcily,

But menatly

No I'm not suicidal. 

No I'm not depressed.

I have Anxeity.

I Don't mean to be rube when I don't show up to family events.

I can hald the crowd of people.

If I do come.

I'm sorry for hiding in a corner by myself.

I am truly sorry. 

If  I have a panic attack.

Please don't tell me that I should get over it.

That I don't have anything to panic attack.
