I wish I could know,

Know how things have changed.

Changed into you,

You, my future self.

Self fulfilling,

Fulfilling my dreams,

Dreams I’ve yet to think.

Think about what may come,

Come all that may.

May I ask a question,

Question what I am?

Am I happy?

Happy in my future days?

Days spent with passion,

Passion or indifference?

Indifference from what?

What have we become?

Become the person we hoped to be,

Be someone that we love.
