A letter to my rock

Dear mom,

First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for all that you have done.

Thank you for the endless amounts of support.

From keeping clothes on my back, to making sure there is food on the table at all times.

Thank you for teaching me all that you have, and working so hard to provide for everybody.

I realize that every day is a hard day, and that is why I try to do as much as I can to help out.

I know the 9-5 job isn't the best. But like they say "you gotta do what you gotta do".

I hope that one day I will be able to do all the things you've done for me.

I want to be able to take care of you in any given situation. Grant you endless amounts of support.

I aspire to be as hardworking as you are. Filled with joy, happiness, and caring.

I hope to be like you.

I know that you are always thinking about us, wondering if we're okay, wondering what we we're up to.

I honestly would not ask for another mother. Another childhood. Another family.

Everything that has happened in the past seventeen years has shaped me to the person I am today.

And i'm pretty damn content with who I am right now. Although I could be a bit better. haha.

There could be times where I don't see you for 10 hours and I feel so alone.

Words honestly can't express how thankful I am of you.

Thank you for always making sure there is a home for me to come home to after a long day of school.

Thank you for being my rock.

I love you.

Sincerely,

Jonny
