A Letter to my Shadow Self
Her Presence
Was fierece and strong.
Snarling, and snaping her powerful jaws.
A stunning preador.
Everything about her is bold, and wild, and instictual.
I found it hard to believe,
when I found out it was her.
She is the one who haunts me in my dreams.
In the flesh version of myself,
I am reserved, poliete, and quiet.
She personfies the beast within,
that has the power to take charge and
not reliqish control to the first person who speaks over me.
She is a force to be reckond with,
much like a titial wave in the middle of the ocean.
You don't know you are in danger,
until it is upon you.
She knows.
This shadow, she knows.
She knows i am simplu a parody of myself,
The everythingness stuffed into her nothingness.
The flesh version and the shadow version
are imrisioned in a clear galss prision,
where we can see each other,
but we can not become each other.
And the true form of imprisionment
is the knowledge that if my flesh and shadow self should ever become one,
I would be the ideal me.
