Letter of my sorrows

Drowning in my thoughts of how my father went to a better place. I wonder WHY God why would you take the one man in my life who tried. We all know that he tried, he tried to death to provide but as his eyes rest to sleep in peace I know his soul still survives. My memory lies in the skies, it overshadows my drive, my face reads ok, but you don't know that I hide. Can't sleep but im tired, just trying to keep pride. He said don't stop trying, don't stop trying, don't let life keep you down, but as I look down, so I hold back on the frowns and continue his legacy, in his name, make him proud.
