A letter to who?

They say write a letter, what's a letter to one who speaks to himself. Am I lunatic with a swift pen, blank lines that became his best friend. Write to mom? For what, she s lost in a bottle of love, My brother how, if he's lost trying to find who he was, My grandmother been evicted, I stand alone thinking, Deep in my thoughts, with an imagination deeper thennfiction can draw, Loose images from my childhood to being homeless, No ged can hand a degree to succeed in my life, Uneducated, unspoke for, convicted felon, With nothing but time to solve this riddle, Of a letter to whom, well I guess it's me Shall I sign the from who.
