Letters in the Dark

This reality is a joke. I have to do this on my own, its the only way I know. I'm my own worst enemy, though we've grown a connection through the tension in this lonely dimension. In the dark, I write letters to myself, a place to hide in dementia of my health. I sit alone in a bottomless pit, yet the problem is this, I could cease to exist and still I wouldn't be missed. These words may they sink in your mind, until they crumble away fall and wrinkle with time. I shall ever be a part of you, the part that breaks the heart in two. You play with my heart, I play my part and now thats all I do. All I ever thought of was you, yet I didn't have a clue these dreams would never come true.

Moving on with life after numerous losses can be overwhelming at times but as long as there's a new day, life goes on
