Letting Go

Fighting against the
  pain of lingering loss,
  while memories
    still burns bright.

Reflecting beneath
  the longing nightfall.

Dropping the old to pave
  the path for the new.

Gazing at the beauty
of a new future ahead as
  letting go of the past

And the time when
  there was me and you.
