Letting Go
There's a pain in my chest
One that won't let me rest In my throat is a lump
With each breathe it will jump There's a tug in my brain on the right side
But its the left side that has told me my heart has died The funny this is people say that nothing ever changes in love yet here we are as strangers
Leaving our hearts open to new dangers The hardest part about letting go is knowing that once its gone it may never come back
Even if it means your heart becomes an empty sac Helping you move on helping you succeed in love changes my greed
From want to have to myself to letting you go even if it hurts yes indeed You van never know how in such a little time how much u affected me
It doesn't take me long to love you can't you see But as much as this pains me I will tell you to not worry bout my feelings yes spare me
I jus prefer to see you happy even without me To be honest this may hurt but it never broke me
It was the guy before you who went inside me nd killed me That's a different story though one that still pains me
7 months have passed and nothing has changed me I've cried more now than I did in my whole life
So much that I no longer cry when I cut myself with a knife A smile will always be on my face even as a speed down this track
I move fasted than a bullet so no one see the sharp tools in my back Twenty one pilots said it best when they said sometimes to stay alive you gotta kill your mind which is completely true
Because if I didn't I would never be over you Yeah so silly me to believe that I was so unique and absolutely kind
I've obviously lost every bit of my mind There are just things that are to hard to get past
Sometimes you just wish that the one you love would just last
