LETTING GO OF THE PAIN
Letting Go Of The Pain
Letting go of the pain, moving on with life.
Was something hard for me to do ,
I at one time let others tell me what to do ,
Oh how it left me so confused,
How do we let go of the pain we feel,
The cuts that never heal a world of the darkness
That puts you through hell ,
I know the one that eats us up who I am ,
The one that scream, yell, cry or write,
Whatever helps us to get by.
I walked as a lost child ,
I lived a life as one ,
That put my hopes and dreams on hold .
I woke up each day, grateful to be alive.
I look darkness in the eyes ,
I gave a vow to live each day to the fullest.
Be grateful of each blessing I get and hope
Another to find a way to recover ,
Take to no one for granted, not even the smallest.
Young or old we almost grow and learn from the
Pain we hold from a darken old world .
I open my Bible and ask Jehovah God to show me
The way to live my life right and to help me let go of
All the pains that kept me in the night of shame and
Pains of a world of darkness of broken heavyhearted ones .
