letting go when you can't
6 years later and I'm 21 trying to navigate this tough world still trying to figure out my adult life maybe one day I'd figure out what my purpose was, maybe I was my own purpose maybe in another life you didn't die maybe I died and you have to grieve me losing a child not knowing what to do what to say how to feel. I wonder would you have taken my death better than I took yours would you have morned me for senturies or would you have found a way to go on, move on knowing you tried your best and you loved me all you could no one was meant to stay alive forever I understand but maybe just 5 more minutes or maybe 5 more hours or 5 more days or 5 more years idk maybe just maybe having you back I'd give up this time line and earase it to get you back. I'd go on many adventures if it meant to save you I'd sacrifices so much just to get you back.
