Liar
Tears falling
Crystal drops
Glistening, Shimmering
My heart flip-flops
At your words, that have such power
Tear drops falling
Upon the hour
Your words, my savior
Make things worse
You beg and plead
Love amiss
But still, they fall
A crystal shower
I curse, I hate
But still I love
You, You, You're deceptive words
That flow forward
Forever my curse
For now I try
To fix my shattered heart
And wish, wish that we were not apart
Hope destroys me
Shatters my soul
love that i feel
That is never whole
You rip and take, you steal
The love reserved for you
It's already yours, though
Unnecessary violence, Formed of words
And still it causes the tears to flow
I wish I could learn
Not to love you
To let it go
But no, no
You steal it away, My heart and my soul
I love you, I love you, Can't you see?
Still you run, from what could be
"I don't care." I say "I want you back."
Still you say "I could hurt you again,
Break your heart."
Can't you see?
You already are.....
