Liberty of Democracy

Put your fist in the air for Democracy

I've just been to a land where it should be

But the leader just issued a bad decree

To deport those who were not Dominican, you see

It's a crisis of human tragedy

That the world has not noticed this malady

Oh that all nations should live free

And the human spirit thrive in liberty

Although not perfect in totality

It's still the best we've got, Democracy
