Lies

I am fueled by my lies
They're the only thing that gets me by
Sometime theyre the only thing to get me off my feet

I lie everyday
I tell myself that
"It's gonna be okay
Nothings gonna stay this way"
But I'm sad to say, that these are things that will never come true

I have lied to you
And every one
Smiles faked
Tears erased
"I'm okay"
My lies seem to make it a brighter place

But I'm terrified
One day you will find
That i can no longer tell my lies
