lies

caught you in a lie

you tried to cover it

but you couldnt

no matter how hard you tried

try to say you didnt mean it
when we both know you did

i have concrete proof

proving that you did

just days after you told me

for the very first time

that song was released

you claiming to be mine

go ahead

say it meant nothing

that it was just for the money

but we both know it was something

something more

than you claim it to be

even if you tried

you can't hide from me
