Lies

Everyday I tell many lies

Lies that must forever stay

lies. Lies that never should

be brought to light

Everyday i say im fine.....

Everyday i say nothings wrong......

Everyday i cover my arms, my stomach, my legs

and say im not cutting........

Everyday i laugh i smile.

 But really its just fake.

I say im getting better

but in reality im diving deeper.

Everyday i speak these lies

another day goes by

no one notices. no one sees

the pain hidden in my eyes.

My body is numb but

I say im alive

no one notices. no one

hears the thoughts screaming through my head.

No one sees the things I do

no one cares......

Someone please look in my eyes

see my pain and hidden lies
