Life

Life is like a candle, Lit in the darkness of this world, Some are long lasting, Yet others get bit by the cold and fade away,
One alone is just as all others, but put together they can be an astonishing sight,
Sadly candles don't last long, For at one point or another, They melt down or burn out,
As do we, So live life to the full, For when your candle fails to stay aflame, The ones whom you had once been loved by, Won't have reason to mourn in bitter sorrow, For they will rejoice,
Since you have finished the race of life in happiness, Because your time in this wicked world has ended, And you didn't let its demons bring you down,
So when you do die, Your candle will keep on burning in the hearts of your loved ones,
