To Life

Dear Life,

You are the common denominator of the masses

Sometimes friendly and gentle

Sometimes harsh and rough

Should i be overjoyed

Will I become bitter

I am born; I will die

The space between is life

When I am young, I wish to be old

When I grow old, I wish to be young

Life well lived will be satisfied

Am I living a life that will be satisfactory

My life will continue

I must participate

I must find a guide

I will choose God

Sincerely

Ian
