Life

Writing takes an effort as I go

Simple things take time to know

Animosity can rest within

Reciprocity, an exchange of sin

Within a lion's den I wait

Humbly curious of my fate

Will I fall or shall I stand

Isn't that the question of every man?

Or is it this, or is it that?

Distractions come, "The Earth is flat!"

While we quarrel and while we spit

Our heart knows, this life isn't "it."
