Life

The strength it takes to open one's eyes,

To get out of bed every morning,

To walk around a small piece of the world.

The commitment it takes to open one's mouth,

To start a conversation,

To do what every one else can do.

The power it takes to close one's eyes,

To cast away thoughts,

Thoughts of never waking up.

Sometimes support doesn't support,

And all it takes is a beginning.
