Life

A soaring star in the sky

Can you see it?

A rumble beating down your door.

Just open it.

Right before your eyes,

Just catch it.

Its sweet nectar glistens,

Tingling of something new down your spine.

It’s calling your name.

Shhh, just listen.

Its temptation intrigues you,

Tantalizing your weak flesh.

It can sense your fear.

But is that such a bad thing?
