Free as a bird without a cage
Though I still have a chain on
Still feeling restricted from fun
Never saying anything but hear a lot
Seen it all and lived it a bit
but yet and still 
The chain is still on 
but the cage is gone
I still feel lost
but just hold on Im coming home
Here and now
I feel strong
I am not weak
and I have moved on
