Life Astray

After you left my life had gone astray.

My heart shattered in a thousand pieces.

Sometimes I feel like flying away.

I wish before somehow I knew so I could cease this.

It still hurts me I never got to say goodbye.

I wonder if you’ve ever thought you’ve made the wrong decision

Or if this is all a game and you’re nearby.

But reality is that it is out of the question.

After you left all the buried secrets were exposed.

Can’t we just go back to when life seemed so worry-free and uncomplicated?

My hopes were bulldozed.

My worries made my head feel so weighted.

This tragedy widened my eyes.

It changed my views, feelings, and future.

There will defiantly be scars left arise

For not all my heart will be able to suture.
