Sandy beach and the blue sky,
Sitting, waiting for the sunrise,
Sitting on the pier, drink in hand,
Watching the waves crash into land,
The smell of salt and sound of seagull screech,
Turtles hatch and reach for the sea,
Sit and ponder as questions arise,
