Life of Beauty

Life doesn't always go as you plan
We all thought Aaliyah's plane would land
Life is like quicksand
Sometimes it's just too hard to stand
And rearrange our emotions
We try to heal our souls with green plants and some magic potion
Eroding our abilities to be the strongest we can be
Just flowing through life
Like waves in the deep blue sea
We all have deeper purposes
We just gotta find our true selves
And dig deep within
Otherwise we're doing ourselves a great disservice
Life is such a beauty
A baby cries but it also laughs
The wind blows but the rain shines
Sometimes it's dark but there's also light
So no matter what plight
I just enjoy this beauty called life..
