Life Before Death

Light reflects off of your eyes,

I see glimpses of the future and the past.

The life, the love, the hurt.

My heart beat slows as time stops,

I feel its echos ripple throughout my body.

Thunder shakes the air and earth

As lightning lights the sky and surrounding space.

I see the worry lines in your face

As they crease your skin.

Your body reaching for mines,Trying to keep it from harm.

Blood releases from your head,

Life fades slowly and your spirit withdrawls.

Your body quivers and

Your eyelids flutter.

I rush to your aid as time and space resume,I hold you body as you smile.

Light reflects off of your closing eyes,

I see glimpses of the future and the past.

The life the love the hurt...
