Life is a Delicate Rose

Life is a delicate rose

We begin as a seed,

Growing more and more

One day blossoming

Thorns protruding

Pricking everyone

We are shaved,

Stripped of our thorns,

And broken

We hold ourselves up

Small,

But strong

Our petals fall,

Slowly withering away,

Until the last petal decends
