Life in Dispair

Can I be the one to give you life instead of death?

For I may not give much and that is not fair.

I may be young and not that wise.

But I'll do my best to give you what's right.

I know I'm just a child, but believe I can do more.

I'll do what most can do, for you are the one I am here for.

I may not be strong or I may not be the best.

But I wish to help, for it is my quest.

It may be long or it may be short.

But I'll be here through it all, for I will not leave.

It is for you, that I will be here.

I cannot leave now or later, cause I'll always be near.

I am the one that loves to help, for I once seeked it myself.

You may not want it now, but you surely will soon.

For I know how it feels to be in your place.

You'll cry and want to die.

But trust me it's no piece of pie.

For this world is unfair.

And there will be sadness and dispair.

So please let me help.

For I am the help you seek.

It may not be now, but I'll surely be here.

Even when you doubt it, I'll always be near.
