Life is Hard

sometimes life is brutal
and makes death seem like
the only option
then at times it is fruitful
and always help you get through

But people toy with life
makes times worse or better
they feel as if they change
this or that
it will make things
crisp or better

life is a beautiful thing
it can be wasted on the young
or the young can use their time
and not get into crime
by doing what’s right
they can make it through the night
and come into the daylight
 

life is hard to figure out
you smile then pout
life is hard any way you put it
it is just you to choose to quit it
