Life is a Journey
I get up every morning and embrace the day
In hope that the pains of yesterday will fade quickly away.
That no matter what they say or what they said, everything will be OK.
That my stay in today will never fade or decay
That I am important.
Throughout life there are always those who doubt you
But who are they to say that you can’t stay true.
Stay true to your heart and your soul and your mind,
Soar high in the clouds to see what you can find
This is your journey.
Never let anyone take that away
And know that no matter what they say, everything will be OK.
