Life Lessons

Life ain't always easy,

Sometimes it's really hard.

It's surprising and it's crazy,

So I put up my guard.

I wish it would be simple,

Then i could breeze right through,

But life ain't always easy,

Or we wouldn't know what to do.

The feelings that we show,

The memories that we make,

May not matter now,

But will someday have a place.

Tomorrow has yet to come,

So cherish what you see,

Because today is here for now,

And tomorrow is just a memory.
