Life in a Letter Scholarship Slam

Dear Anthony,

You were the very first friend that I made in the entire world!

It didn't really take long for us to go on adventures, talk about the stuff that elemntary school kids usually talk about, and really understand what friendship means . I walked up to you and I said " would you want to be my very first friend?" He said : "sure!". That was the first and last time i made a friend that directly. It's a bit strange to think about how we socially mature and make friends nonchallantely. Back in elementary school, i couldn't give a care in the world how any social dynamics really work. I was pretty straightfowrard in that sense. If i wanted a friend i'd say, I want to be your friend! Life was pleasantly simply, as most childhood friendships work. So I just wanted to say thanks Anthony! Wherever you are, I'm glad that you were my friend before I switched schools. I will definitey miss you buddy!

Take care,

Popcornman
