Life Is a Paradox

Life is a paradox, thoughts roaming through my head

Never will you place me in a box

Best is yet to come not saying I'm the cream of the crop

Came from a hole in the wall no pot

To piss in nor window throw it out of

Don't judge me based on your preconceived notions

I've taken notice to the way you treat me and my creed, label us as theives

These mask we wear are beneficial to no one so I wear my heart on my sleeve

None of you are needed like a ventricle so I'll cut you off, if not necessary

I'm bout my paper like a secretary

Brothers in my tribe shooting like they Jason Terry

That's scary that the same dust you come from is the same dust you buried in

Scared of them doctors but still drink the Barium, months later we bury him

Flowers his mother is carrying, carry on you'll be strong

Won't understand why he got rocks in his pockets unless you in that situation

Life is a paradox

Life is a paradox

Fighting but you never win

Pray the Lord forgive me for my sins

Take a sip of gin (Fall victim to your vices)

Life is a paradox

Climb to the top but you at the bottom of the totem pole

Flatline but I can still feel a pulse

Survive or die by your theories

Are you Socrates?
