The Life of the Party
She is twenty years old;
that means she has been living on this earth for twenty years.
However, do not mistake living with feeling alive.
Because it has been about five...
six, seven, eight, nine.
Let me tell you, it has been many years since this girl said she felt fine and actually meant it.
"Hello! Hi!"
"How are you doing today?"
"good."
"Goodbye."
And that lying leads to crying which leads to making her feel like she is dying inside.
And maybe that starts to remind
you,
that you too were once the life of the party.
