The life of a poet

Poetry is the way people speak when they don't have a voice

It's our best choice.

It's the way we just happen to be,

Sometimes it's the only way we flee.

To flee the world, to give us a burst,

A thought, imagination to paint for the rest of the nursed.

This is our way of thought, this is our chance

this gives poets their stance.

This is just a first poem, it's about poems in general. If you read this, tell me what you think! (positives only) This is just a beginning of my poetry.
