The Life Thief

Far away you seem to be.

You've been stolen away from me.

Calling your name, but you never appear.

It's been so long since you were near.

Taken away, Gone at last.

My memories of you are held in the past.

All the good times, you were my best friend.

But all good things must come to an end.

Gloomy and miserable was that morning.

If only I could've been given a warning.

Dirt and sorrow lingered in the air.

Up above, you're in good care.
