A Life Unfolding

When I put pen to paper a world unfolds Words come to life as the wheels of my imagination turn Ink waves of emotion roll over the sand like paper Control of what’s to come is upon my fingertips When I put pen to paper my thoughts become organized Reflection and thoughts decorate the paper canvas Stories becoming a quiet retreat for my deepest secrets Comfort in the anonymity of my words When I put pen to paper a world unfolds
