Life Without

A great lesson in life is learning to live without,

This may be one of the hardest, no doubt

But people have trained themselves the wrong way,

They focus on materialistic things, not giving life the time of day,

It is this mindset that destroys compassion,

Everyone moving through life in an orderly fashion,

But they’re headed in the wrong direction,

So fixed in their ways, they don't make a connection,

They lose the concept of love and kindness,

Caring only about money, which contributes to their blindness,

Although some realize it’s not too late,

That these actions have not sealed their fate,

They just need to embrace human emotions,

And go through more than just the motions,

It is then that they will truly understand,

That it is not about where you are, but how you stand,

With character, passion, joy and poise,

It is not about all that extra, thoughtless noise,

They will realize what it’s all about,

Living more in a life without
