A Life Without an Education

All the pressure, all the rules

when my alarm clock rings my heart stops

I don't want to go to school

It begins and ends with walking a mile to and from the parking lots

I have to make sure what I wear is acceptable

I have to make sure I stay awake despite being tired

I don't want to get near the Vice Principal.

I don't want to fail and not get hired.

It's funny because what we don't want in life is what we need the most

And school offers an edcuation

which is a way to a better life that's worth a toast

Retrospectively school is very essential to me

Without it, I'd be in a hopeless situation
