Life Without Joy:
As I sit here and think how I wish I could just tell you goodbye. I have told you a million of times but it was only in my mind. I look at the whole story and just not a preview. When I was younger my mother always told me I had an old free spirit, and what that means I will always stand up for myself and not let anyone hurt or take over me. Then I met my first love and he was the one that made me tough or cold hearted. I have the most precious children that a mother could ask for. After the death of my heart I thought I would never let anyone else in. Then this is where it gets to you, I have been your secret for a while now, but I no longer think I can be the bird in the cage. Remember your secrets are always safe with me, and I will never regret us but I think I am better off just disappearing in the dark. You will be fine and I have known you long enough to see the truth in your eyes. This is better for the both of us. I am sorry if this hurts you, but I really doubt it does. You have all you want in your life so this is my chance to see what I can make up of mine. The messed thing is I am the one that I will be left all alone but I am used to that. I wish I could have made you happy so now this is the only way I can make that happen. My mother was right I always will stand strong but I have let way to many people rule me way to long so this is my time to be that old free spirit. Now all you have to do is figure out how you are going to live a life without Joy.
