Life worth Beating For
We take it for granted and yet it does not care It goes on working without a prayer We never think about it in our normal day And yet it doesn't really have a say It keeps on going and helps us stride It gives us feelings of great pride It is really responsible for many things Helping us throughout our day white it sings It is the reason we make certain decisions And can also be good for certain passions It is a pink organ and beats in our chests Going thump thump, thump thump without any rest Yes it is our heart indeed So always let it be the one who leads
