The Light
My feelings still strong, but another's long gone.
Forget I must of a time once known, happy I was, but I must move on.
On a road of pain and remorse I go, paths unclear but I still move on.
Trusted companion I held so dear, has traveled on but I will endure.
One Light on my path leads me on, a Light I have noticed is never gone.
An inviting glow of warmth and love, the Light protects me from up above.
On this path I will work to remain, my trust in Him brings wonders to obtain.
Trusted companion I have always known, has helped me to see that I am never alone. (poems go here)
