Light

Close your eyes.

The wind caressing your cheek

Warm summer air

Relaxation so pure, you are almost weak

Laughter everywhere

The bright sun shining a vibrant “hello”

Rain glistens in the light of the bright star

Softly at first; thunder bellows

A flash across the darkening sky, a wondrous costar

Close your eyes.

Fresh droplets of water on the grass

Breathe in the rain

Petals wet, washed glass

If you only knew the pain

Open your eyes.

It is dark.
