Light
Darkness is all around ,I try to find the beautiful light …
Light I once had is flickering, flickering trying to find its way back!
You were part of my light!
Forever brightening my day.
My light is flickering, fighting to become bright again.
I wont let the darkness win !
I wont let it surround me!
My light is still flickering … I will win!
knowing I will see you again

I am a woman who loves to help people my career as a drug and alcohol counselor allows me to do that. My recent loss of my grand daughter has prompted me to write poems which has helped me somewhat in the grieving process and I hope it will help others when they read them.
