A Light
I see it, just 6 letters to the name,
And my light shines through.
I smile without shame,
The feelings sprout on cue.
I’m the only one to blame,
Delusions fed it, and it grew.
Since we started this game,
You’ve known not a single clue.
Even if I earned fame,
Would not the eyes of you
Focus on me, true aim.
Must act as naught is new,
As your light is not the same.
