Light

I had a big picturesque idea of you and me

Of all the beautiful things that we could be

I miss the days when I thought you were mine

I miss the days when we owned the sunshine

When every glimmer was made for us

And all the light was ours

And I could sit and talk to you for hours

About everything and nothing at the same time

I miss the days when I thought you were mine
