Light Bulb

There are daily struggles that many people face, with me I can thank poetry for the path it has lead me on. I never knew that I would rely on poetry for making an impact on my life. I was able to understand in the moment of writing that I have a higher purpose for my life path. I turned to poetry when I became a mother. I wanted to write a small sentiment to my kiddo to allow him to have his own specific ode from mother to son. As I deviled into the depth of my poetry, I realized that I want to have a career path that will care for people in this world as I care for my son. Thanks poetry for allowing me to get the guts to go to college and pursue a nursing degree.
